Micromax A121 Canvas Elanza 2 is a dual SIM smartphone. It allows you to use two different providers simultaneously in one device.   1. Press and hold the correct keys to boot the phone into recovery mode:

Volume Up + Volume Down + Power

Volume Up + Home + Power

Home + Power

Volume Up + Camera

  1. Release the buttons when the device is on. Android logo will appear.
  2. Select wipe data / factory reset. Use the volume keys to scroll up and down and tap the Power button to confirm.
  3. Select Yes erase all user data with the volume buttons and tap Power.
