New Rumors About iPhone 7: Thinner Body, Bigger Battery and A Dual-Camera System hard-reset.net

New rumours about the next generation of iPhone began circulating on the internet earlier than we’ve become accustomed in recent years. We already had pictures with what seemed to be a prototype of the case, but this new information suggests that we will deal with a thinner smartphone, with a dual-camera system on the back and a bigger battery. It is hard to believe that a smaller smartphone could incorporate bigger battery, but of course, not all of these rumours are confirmed.

The housing will measure somewhere between 6 and 6.5 mm in thickness, down from 7.1 as measures today on the iPhone 6S. This will not be the first smartphone to come with a thickness of less than 7 mm, but it would be the thinnest phone from Apple so far. It seems that the streaks on the antennas are again brought into question, the design being based on curved lines, placed at the bottom and the top of the phone, with no horizontal streaks.

Now that we’ve seen the dual-camera system from Huawei, it is easy to imagine how an iPhone with two photo sensors will look like. The older leaked images are suggesting two different designs: either two cameras integrated in one place and protected by a single piece of glass (but with a significant bump on the back of the device) or two normal cameras with different holes in the chassis.

Last but not least, a new image from an unconfirmed source claims that the battery of the new iPhone 7 has a power of 7.04 W/Hour, which is higher than iPhone 6S’ 6.61 W/Hour and even a little higher than the battery on the iPhone 6S Plus of 7.01 W/Hour.

Of course, this information cannot be checked anytime soon, and Apple doesn’t comment on rumors. We’ll learn more this fall, when Apple will launch the iPhone 7 officially, or perhaps even earlier, whereas other rumours suggest an early launch.
