The Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo has recently released a budget-friendly smartphone called as Vivo Y31L in India with low-end features and is priced at Rs. 9,450. Earlier, we exclusively covered about the Vivo V3 Max passing through TENAA certification revealing most of the specifications and design of the smartphone. As teased earlier, Vivo has now launched two new premium mid-range smartphones in its V-series called as Vivo V3 and V3 Max in India. Vivo is the official sponsor of IPL 2016 and also announced Bollywood Actor Ranveer Singh as their brand ambassador.

The Vivo V3 flaunts a 5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD IPS display that offers a pixel density of 294ppi, and Gorilla Glass laid on top of it for protection. The smartphone comes equipped with 64-bit Snapdragon 616 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz clubbed with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It has 32GB of built-in storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion of memory upto 128GB. The device comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with PDAF for quick focus, LED flash and an 8MP front-facing shooter for video chats and selfie lovers. It supports dual sim dual standby and includes connectivity options like 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and microUSB 2.0 port. It comes backed by a 2550mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based FunTouch OS 2.5 out of the box.
Vivo V3 Max
The Vivo V3 Max features a 5.5-inch (1920×1080 pixels) full-HD display with 401ppi as pixel density, and 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass laid on top of it for protection. Under the hood, it packs Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor paired with Adreno 510 GPU, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and microSD card slot for expansion of memory upto 128GB. It supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based FunTouch OS 2.5 overlaid. It includes standard connectivity options like 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1 and microUSB 2.0 port. It also sports a 13MP rear camera with PDAF, LED flash and an 8MP front shooter for stunning selfie images. The handset powers a 3000mAh battery and also supports Fast Charging technology.
Both the smartphones come with a beautiful all-metal unibody design and also includes a fingerprint sensor at the back of the unit that unlocks the devices in just 0.2 seconds. The handsets also feature Hi-Fi audio technology for enhanced sound experience. The Vivo V3 and V3 Max are priced at Rs. 17,980 and Rs. 23,980 respectively.
